At Small Wars, all products are digital and delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products simply because they cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods. By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that you are purchasing non-refundable digital content.

However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your experience. If you encounter any issues with your download, receive the wrong file, or are unable to access your digital product, please contact us at bannerlinegames@gmail.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, such as duplicate purchases or technical errors that prevent delivery and cannot be resolved.
